All teams will have been drawn into 2 groups of four with a round-robin competition before semi-finals & finals, with the day due to be complete by around 6.30pm. In order to keep things moving, games will take place one innings at a time – except during the rolling lunch period - to avoid delays for change-overs (padding up etc.) – see schedule attached. Umpires & scorers will be arranged by Beaconsfield CC. • 10am: Meet at Beaconsfield Cricket Club – bacon sandwiches & coffee/tea will be arranged • 10.15am: Welcome from Suter family & blessing/ribbon-cutting of bench donated to the club • 10.30am: Matches begin • 12noon-2pm: Rolling Lunch (as per schedule attached) • 3.30pm: Semi-finals • 5.00pm: BBQ will begin • 5.30pm: FINAL • 6.30pm: Presentation & Raffle
